Sesame Street Birthday Cake

~can you tell me how to get to sesame street? happy 1st birthday to little Will, who probably can! fun little chocolate cake with yummy almond/ amaretto (and a few other things) buttercream covered by fondant decor of all colors~ and to top it off, a little white cake with tons of frosting for smashing!

English Tea Party Cake and Cupcakes

this was such a cute birthday idea- it was a vintage tea party with cupcakes,  and mom and sisters all served. i was told to just make it cute! the cake was cherry chip with a light whipped cherry frosting, the cupcakes were cherry chip with the same frosting- but with glitter on top!

Anime Nyan Cat Cake

~my little sister wanted help making a cake for her friend with "nyan cat" an anime character which is basically a poptart with a cat head and tail, who flies through the sky with music and rainbows. since it was short notice, I knew we wouldnt be building a " poptart cat " with fondant, so I just ordered an frosting printed sheet. worked out pretty well, and surprisingly kept its color well on the blue backdrop- i was  a little worried at first.  alls well in the anime world of poptart cats, i guess~

Halloween Birthday Cake

halloween cake for a surprise birthday party a few days before halloween. I was given a copy of the invitation and incorporated the colored stripes of the witches stockings on the invite. The birthday girl hates spiders, so i just did other misc. halloween items!

 

Kung Fu Panda

birthday cake for Josh and his kung fu panda party! the boy loves chocolate, so its chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream frosting. it was like a giant reese's peanut butter cup-cake~ :)
